- Well it depends how much you are willing to spend I have videos on certain budgets they are 500$, 1000$, and 2000$. They will be on my blog soon but for now I will give you a written tutorial!

- You answer that on your own if you are a everyday user you just surf the web and for your hob things and etc. then you will have to spend around maybe 500-700$ it will be worth it but if you are a hardcore gamer then that's a different story you will probably want to spend around 1000-2000$ that's a big investment be aware of that.
